Susan Sontag once wrote of the intrinsic aggression in photography, that “to photograph people is to violate them, by seeing them as they never see themselves, by having knowledge of them they can never have.” 

From a dissociated point of view, these shots carry a voyeuristic nature and a refusal to interfere.
